Robert K. Jones is a Principal and E-Discovery liaison in the Phoenix, Arizona, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers in all types of employment litigation, including claims alleging discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour disputes. Mr. Jones has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and dispute resolution experience. He also advises and counsels employers on a wide variety of employment issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones was the Labor and Employment Practice Group Chair for the Arizona offices of a national law firm, responsible for management of 17 group lawyers, 3 paralegals. He was also Vice Chair of the firm’s national practice group consisting of 45+ attorneys. Early in his career, Mr. Jones worked in the areas of trade secret and intellectual property protection including licensing and trademark work and patent litigation.
